If displays IP address but icon
indicates the unit is connected but failed to access Internet. You may restart Hotspot , wait and take below steps:
- When use wire connection
Connect the Internet wire with a computer to verify network.
- When use Wi-Fi Internet
Connect the Wi-Fi Network to a computer to verify and log into the Wi-Fi router to check the settings.
- When use 4G USB dongle
- Ensure that 4G USB dongle is compatible with COTX X3 Hotspot .
- Insert the dongle properly.
- Insert a SIM card that has data package allowance.
- Apply 4G USB dongle on WIN10 laptop to test and verify.
