Wi-Fi connection fail?

In setting up Wi-Fi network on Helium APP but notifies wrong connection, you may:

  1. Use Show Password option, type password and reconnect.
  2. Update Helium App to the latest version. 
  3. Connect Wi-Fi to mobile phone to test and verify. 
  4. Pay attention to Wi-Fi hotspot volume and distance.
  5. Again, we recommend Internet cable option.
