Unable to scan Bluetooth?

  1. Screen displays , signify Bluetooth is on.

Screen displays, signify Bluetooth is off. Long press BT Button 5s to activate Bluetooth.

  1. Check mobile phone settings that its Bluetooth and GPS service are authorize to Helium APP.
  2. Bluetooth rescan.
  3. Press again BT BUTTON 5s to active Bluetooth.
  4. Stay close to your Hotspot , keep the distance between 5 to 10 meters. 
  5. Restart the Hotspot
  6. Upgrade Helium APP to the latest version. 
  7. Switch to another mobile phone or tablet Hotspot
