Cannot register Hotspot through the Helium APP?

  1. It takes time to register a hotspot. In initial powering and connecting, wait 15 minutes and pair up. 
  2. The screen does not display  and visits the Internet normally.
  3. Restart the Hotspot .
  4. Upgrade Helium APP to the latest version.
  5. In first time powering and connecting, the Hotspot undergoes OTA upgrades and cannot be registered. During this time, keep the Hotspot connected. Retry in 30 minutes.
