The ability to change the operating frequency of the Hotspot can only be used for testing purposes, such as collecting wireless signal data. The Hotspot owner is solely responsible for meeting the radio frequency requirements of the country and region in which the Hotspot is located.
- Method 1. Open COTX Hotspot Web Management, Lora Networks > Channel Plan.
- Method 2. Open COTX Cloud Management,HOTSPOT list > hotspot details
Here you can modify the operating band of your device.
The Helium hotspot is usually available in three band versions CN470/EU868/US915 with different hardware designs and cannot be switched across bands. Otherwise the device will not work.
Please check the hardware version of your device before changing the frequency.

The working band shown in the "Region" field only represents the band that the hotspot should use at the registered location, does not represent the actual working band of the hotspot.
